If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, there will be an additional charge of $8.00. U.S. Mail will be used for these destinations.
UPS Ground
This is our basic shipping method but will use U.S. Mail when necessary. Shipping will take 5 - 10 working days. Not available for shipments outside the continental U.S. Note: UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so U.S. Mail will be used for this type of address.
U.S. Mail
We ship U.S. Mail and Priority Mail. International orders ship by Global Express Mail (5-10 days). Now enjoy free ground shipping on domestic orders of $100 or more!
Federal Express Account Holders
If you want your package shipped Federal Express and have a Federal Express account, please supply us with your account number.
UPS Air
We offer Three Day, Two Day, Next Day, and Next Day Saturday at your request. Air delivery is the only way UPS can ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Our Web Site offers UPS Air (2-3 days). If you require a specific UPS Air option, please call us at 386-752-0024 or 386-965-0110.

Important Note
Please make sure to enter your address correctly. If UPS must make a change or correction to a delivery address they charge a $5 fee and delivery may be delayed. If this occurs we will apply the correction fee to your order.
Q: When can I expect my order to ship?

All orders placed by 5:00 p.m. will be processed the following morning at 9 a.m. (Note: orders placed after 9 a.m. est. Friday will be processed on Monday at 9 a.m.) If we have the item in stock, which we frequently do (we have over one hundred thousand items in stock), it will ship the same day or the next day. If we do not have the item in stock, it will ship out on the day that we receive it. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
If we do not have the item, we will order it from the manufacturer that same day. It usually takes three to five business days for the merchandise to reach us.
If we do not have the item in stock, most manufacturers can "drop ship" the package directly to you. This can speed up the delivery by one or two days. The charge for this service is $35.00 per manufacturer. We generally don't recommend drop ships involving more than one manufacturer—it's just too expensive. But if you really need an order as soon as possible, it's an option to consider.
Occasionally neither we nor the manufacturer has the item in stock, in which case there is an additional delay. Usually the delay is less than two weeks, but on very rare occasions it can be three or more months. If the delay is more than one week we will notify you.

Q: What is the cut-off time for same day shipping?

All orders placed through our website are processed the next business day,"except weekends". If you are in a rush, items that are currently in stock can be shipped the same day if the order is called in by phone before 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.

Q: What if my package is damaged when I receive it?

If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse delivery at no cost to you. If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately at 386-752-0024.
